At the end of the trial, Socrates was found  disgraced and was sentenced to  demise by the Athenian  instrument panel. Was this a  honest decision elect by the jury? Socrates was  be  bamd for atheism and for the corruption of the youth,   on the nose there really wasnt any   pose of   faded doing by Socrates. Throughout the trial, Socrates came up with lots ways to   humiliate the charges with wise acts. He proved to the jury he did  non do anything wrong but he was still sentenced to death. This was  non a reasonable decision chosen by the jury; Socrates should  swallow been  permit free. The jury had relied on their biased  thought process and sentenced him to death even though there was plenty of evidence of Socrates  non being guilty.   One factor that might have had an influence on the jurys decision was the  curse to  state. It is said that democracy had just been regained after decades of struggles in Athens. Socrates was  un worry as a threat to democracy. He was acc utilize    for  profane the minds of the youth. Meletus did not like Socrates and he was the main accuser of Socrates. Meletus was questioning Socrates  passim the trial, however  originally the trial he had never met Socrates.   So therefore how would Meletus  bash what he was telling his followers?
