Today forest loss due to conversion into to other land use has reached a dangerous level. Recent study conducted by the researchers from the University of Maryland, the State University of New York, Google, the U.S. Geological Survey, Woods Hole Research Center, and South Dakota State University shows that during 2000-2012, the world forest was lost with approximately 2.3 million square kilometers per year. Particularly in Indonesia, they said that deforestation rate increases from 10,000 square kilometers in 2000-2003 to 20,000 square kilometers in 2011-2012. Geecy should choose between the two, however, because of her misdeeds, Amin had to sacrifice. Geecy should have broken up with Tabalbag, but she cheated both. Tabalbag was right; he tried to find out the truth. He installed an application Dr Fone to keep track of all the texts and call records (Bruni Sugden, 2013). He also accessed her laptop to find out the valuable information so that he could know the truth; there he found that Geecy was going to skip lectures. He tried to find out what Geecy would do in between and he found her at home naked, hav ing sex with Amin. He could not control himself and murdered Amin. From the above scenario it can be stated that Tabalbag was beloved however he should understand that Geecy was the main culprit and not Amin, Amin was innocent and he should accept the guilt of killing an innocent man (Mizzoni, 2017). Geecy later confessed that she had the done the misdeeds but yet he was not willing to leave Amin, his stubborn nature costs Amins life. Thus, Taalbag requires harsh capital punishment and this punishment is to make him understand the crime he committed. Contract Ethics Theory on Amin Sthapit murder trial Social contract ethics deals with a set of principles and everybody should abide by all the principles and should not violate as a violation of the law can cost too much. Tabalbag should have followed the rules too. But he involved himself in serious crime and now he requires capital punishment and the society should learn that this sort of crime will not be encouraged. He realized that he did a wrong act of manslaughtering and he also handed himself to police but he is not ready to face the truth that killing Amin is a severe crime. The law should make him realize the truth and thus he deserves capital punishment so that he can learn a lesson. Everybody should get a message that killing an innocent person is unpardonable sin and will not be entertained under any circumstances (Bowie, 2015). Also, Geecy should understand that she should have respect the relationship, should have respect for each other in the relationship. Conclusion It can be concluded from the above discourse that killing of an innocent person is unethical from the perspective of four ethical theories. The discourse highlighted the four theories- utilitarianism, deontology, and virtue and contract theories illustrated the wrongdoings of Geecy and Tabalbag thoroughly. In the first case, it can be seen that Tabalbag had committed a serious crime by brutally killing Amin and he deserve capital punishment, the deontology theory stated that Amin was innocent and was committed the crime which is unacceptable and is not supported according to this theory. The virtue ethical theory stated that Tabalbag accepted his misdeed of manslaughtering however, he never accepted the guilty of killing Amin, and his stubborn attitude was the main flaw. Projects are complex undertaking which involves a set of related works and activities perspective which should be defined. There are different kinds of risks which are involved with the projects; these could be complex and lengthy in nature. Risk analysis is the process in which the analysts find out the risk involved with the project. There could be different ways to find out the risks involved with the projects. There are two methods for the Risk analysis in the projects. Qualitative method Quantitative method Two techniques which are widely used for the project risk assessment are the Qualitative and Quantitative approach. These two techniques have several other methods which could be used for the risk assessments. The hierarchical analysis consists of two different analysis techniques which are RBS and WBS. Another risk analysis is the cost benefit analysis. In the project which I have chosen, I will be going to analyze the risk associated with the risks of these two methods. RBS: An RBS stand for the risk breakdown structure is considered as a helpful means for the analysis in a project. This is also defined in the terms of the WBS in which its stated that its a source based collection of project risks that can be seen over the project. Every downward direction represents an ever more detailed meaning of the different source of the project.(Hillson, 2002a). A RBS can be use but it's not possible to include full risk associated with the project as this will provide the basic structure of the primary risks involved in it. The perfect condition to provide a RBS which is directly relate to the industry or with the kind of project which is being undertaken by the organization. In the case of the finding the risks associated with the project which I have chosen the best way is to implement the RBS and find out the risks associated with the project which is being undertaken by the Organization itself. This will provide a specific breakdown of the risks associated wi th the particular project. I will apply the RBS as per our Risks associated with the Projects. The Design and the Timeline and Cost risks are major risks in my project so I will make sure that these risks will be addressed properly. I will select a basic timeline for the project which will be based upon the final timeline of the project. The strength and weakness are considered as internal aspects but the opportunity and threats are considered as external. In the case of Construction project SWOT analysis can be considered as a Qualitative Techniques for the risk assessment. SWOT provides the weakness and strength of a project. As per the project the weakness and the strength can be easily calculated.
